We got married in July 2025 at Dreamcatchers Meadow. Sunny, and her team did an amazing job setting up and running the bar service at our wedding in Pemberton. We had the absolute BEST time and her team absolutely killed it. She made custom cocktails for us, helped figure out what and how much to buy, got the liquor licence, and even shopped for, and delivered the majority of the drinks to the venue. We've had so many comments about how awesome the drinks and service were, and we couldn't have done it without you!

I’m so grateful I found Sunny! It was our first trip ever to Whistler ( family of fourteen with 3 young children), we were completely lost, Sunny helped us organize everything from daily activities, reservations for restaurants and snow activities. Groceries, New Year’s Eve catering, even my son’s bday cake , when I say everything I mean everything. It’s tough planning for such a big family but chatting and speaking with Sunny made it all a breeze. I had already hooked accommodations, but next time ( we’re definitely coming back) we will do it all through Sunny.
Excellent service, always available and oh so very helpful!

We used Sunny from My Whistler Concierge for our bartending services for our farm wedding at Sitka Farms, SquamishAbsolutely recommend Sunny!!! We had such a great experience that involved thorough communication, planning, and so many personal touches. She was able to coordinate everything bar related so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would not think twice about getting bartending services for your wedding… all stress will be relieved with flawless execution. Oh and- everyone was complimenting the drinks!!! Thank you Sunny!

Sunny started My Whistler Concierge in
2019 looking to connect visitors to an

first excursion was a karaoke tour bus with
Approach Angle Shuttle. Dubbing the first
Mountain Farm Brewery Tour. Since then,
she has taken on many requests that she
could not have thought of herself.
