Your Local Whistler Ambassadors
Sunny helped coordinate a long weekend in Whistler for me and some friends. She went above and beyond to communicate and make sure every restaurant was booked and the days were filled with so much fun! Thank you Sunny for the helpAmi Mehta, Austin TX
We got married in July 2025 at Dreamcatchers Meadow. Sunny, and her team did an amazing job setting up and running the bar service at our wedding in Pemberton. We had the absolute BEST time and her team absolutely killed it. She made custom cocktails for us, helped figure out what and how much to buy, got the liquor licence, and even shopped for, and delivered the majority of the drinks to the venue. We've had so many comments about how awesome the drinks and service were, and we couldn't have done it without you!

“As a local ambassador for Whistler, Sunny saw to details that we first time vacationers to Whistler could have never known or navigated. [...] We started our vacation relaxed because Sunny had seen to the details. We were organized each day and wisely, activity and rest were well balanced. Brilliant! Throughout our 8 days Sunny was responsive, and answered every text and even met us at several of our experience check-ins too. [...] If you value excellent customer service, the kind of service that a true concierge provides - My Whistler Concierge is the place to call.”

We used Sunny from My Whistler Concierge for our bartending services for our farm wedding at Sitka Farms, SquamishAbsolutely recommend Sunny!!! We had such a great experience that involved thorough communication, planning, and so many personal touches. She was able to coordinate everything bar related so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would not think twice about getting bartending services for your wedding… all stress will be relieved with flawless execution. Oh and- everyone was complimenting the drinks!!! Thank you Sunny!
